Dream Big, Dream On!
Our flagship job exposure programme designed to empower youths from disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue their aspirations, enabling them to break free from the vicious cycle of poverty.

PREVIOUS PARTNERS
Over the span of 2 runs, DBDO has helped over 75 youths pursue their aspirations. We’ve worked with 15 corporates and organisations to host 7 on-site job tasters across several industries. Past partners include Google, Mediacorp 987FM, FujiFilm Business Innovation and more.
Through speaking with experts in various fields, as well as engaging in interactive games, youths were able to learn more about career-specific skills and have a taste of the day-to-day lives of these working professionals.

In collaboration with Single Parent Support Group, we have conducted multiple rounds of grocery giving at rental flats in Yishun. Our team has distributed essential groceries as well as other sponsored items such as mooncakes to spread festive cheer. This initiative has touched the homes of over 30 single-parent households.
We’re currently working on a partnership with Project Pathfinder that will allow us to expand our operations and impact families in Bedok. Stay tuned for more!
Establishing Ties

In collaboration with MSF’s ComLink+ and Single Parent Support Group, we have organised a variety of community activities at residential blocks. Not only did this enable our team to personally forge relationships with the children and youths of Yishun, but we have also created opportunities to facilitate community interaction and strengthen friendships within the area.
